Terms of Service

1. The Service

ReelReply (the "Service") is operated by Elbrusium.io LLC, 120 Madeira Drive NE, STE 220, Albuquerque, NM 87108, USA. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

The Service lets businesses reply automatically to people who contact them on Instagram: by keyword in comments under their posts, and with an AI agent in direct messages. It works only through the official Instagram API.

2. Your account

  • You must have an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator) and the right to manage it.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the content of your replies and of the business information you give the AI agent.

3. How replies are sent

  1. A person comments on your post or sends you a direct message.
  2. The Service recognizes a keyword or, if you enabled it, the AI agent prepares an answer based on your instructions.
  3. The reply is sent to that person in a direct message and, if you set it up, publicly under the comment.

The Service never starts conversations with people who have not contacted you first.

4. Opting out

Anyone can stop receiving messages from the Service by replying STOP. The opt-out is permanent.

5. Instagram rules

The Service follows the limits set by Meta Platforms, Inc., including:

  • one private reply per comment, within seven days of the comment;
  • direct messages only within 24 hours of the person's last message;
  • sending rate limits, with automatic pauses.

You agree to use the Service in line with Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's Platform Terms. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

6. AI replies

AI replies are generated by a third-party language model from your instructions. They can contain mistakes. You can test replies before enabling the AI agent and turn it off at any time.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for messages Instagram does not deliver (for example, those placed in message requests), for downtime of Instagram or Meta, or for the content of replies you configure, except as required by law.

8. Fees and cancellation

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at https://reelreply.app/terms
