Data Deletion Instructions

ReelReply is operated by Elbrusium.io LLC. This page explains how to delete data the Service holds about you.

If you contacted a business that uses ReelReply

To delete your Instagram username, comments and messages stored by ReelReply, email hello@reelreply.app with the subject "Data deletion" and include your Instagram username.

We complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email.

To simply stop receiving messages, reply STOP in the conversation.

If you are a ReelReply customer

1. Log in to your ReelReply dashboard.
2. Disconnect your Instagram account.
3. Email hello@reelreply.app from your account email and ask us to delete your account.

We delete your account, connected Instagram data, conversations and settings within 30 days.

Removing access in Instagram

You can also remove ReelReply's access at any time in the Instagram app: Settings → Apps and websites → Active, select ReelReply and tap Remove. After that the Service can no longer access your account.
